The levels of energy, passion and excitement at Dayglo Fishermen concerts are hard to comprehend for those that have never been. But those fortunate enough to have attended the band's concert this month at the Limelight Theatre, Aylesbury, UK now possess such comprehension.
Dazzled with an automated display of lights and lasers, tthe select audience was treated to explosive performances of classic songs such as 'Something's Watching', 'Voodoo', 'Painting Aliens' and 'Passion'. But most enthralling were the renditions of many of the new songs from the band's 2010 album, 'Moons That Cast Their Light'. The relentlessness of 'Teen Angst', the mesmerising 'Life You Need', the beautiful vocals of 'Winds of Time' and the uplifting tones of 'Never a Shadow' amongst others delighted everyone.
