Like all modern artistic organisations, Dayglo Fishermen are always looking for ways to improve their creative facilities, be it technical, psychological or environmental. And that's exactly what they've done in preparation for their next album as this month their new production facility, Mammoth Studios, was officially opened.
The facility, located in the picturesque hills at the southern tip of London, UK, will be used primarily for the creation and recording of the band's electronic sections of music - the drum and synthesiser tracks. Guitars and vocals will continue to be recorded at the band's primary facility, Cozmic Studios.
Already the first song for the new album has begun production, with the drums and keyboard sections complete. Even at this embryonic stage the new album is shaping up to be something fresh and invigorating, which is great news for the band's loyal fans.
